J&T Auto Electrics & Air Conditioning was established in 2010 as a one-man Mobile Auto Electrician servicing the Northern Territory specialising in trucks and heavy machinery.
 
Fast forward to today we are a team of 12 and have four Field Services vehicles servicing the NT. We are a family run business with over 50 years combined experience in the industry. We have a highly skilled team of Auto Electricians with extensive experience in the automotive electrical and air-conditioning industry, covering repairs and servicing; diagnosing; rewiring; rebuilding and complete vehicle and machinery fit outs.

We offer workshop and field services to Darwin, Rural and Remote NT. Our field service vehicles are fully equipped and mine site compliant. We not only specialise in heavy machinery, but we also specialise in cars, trucks, caravans/ camper trailers and more.

We have the latest in scan tools and diagnostic equipment for all vehicles, trucks, and heavy machinery.

We are dealers for some of Australia’s leading brands such as Enerdrive, GME, Century Batteries, Redarc, Safety Dave and STEDI lights and accessories. The only products that we recommend are the ones that we have used ourselves over the past 12 years, so you can be certain that they are tried and tested.

We have had the privilege of completing entire machinery and truck re-wiring and cabin refurbishment. We specialise in the installation of the latest technology such as fleet management systems, overhauling and manufacturing air-conditioning units, manufacturing bracketry and wiring harnesses.

One of our favourite’s is fitting out trucks with lithium electric bunk air conditioning systems. We design and manufacture all brackets and systems in house.

We are the NT’s leading Off Grid Specialist specialising in lithium off-grid installs to caravans. Whether you’re looking for auto electrical repairs for your car, truck or heavy machinery, caravan etc our team are fully trained, experienced and equipped to get your fleet back up and running. Our technicians are also experts in air conditioning and are certified and ARC compliant to repair systems from light vehicles to truck and heavy machinery. ​
